We are collecting this data to: a) find out who wants to attend the service, b) contact those who want to come to give them further details, c) find out who is willing to help out with cleaning, d) track and trace attendees if anyone attending is found to have had the virus - if anyone tests positive for the virus, the people who have attended church at the same time will need to self-isolate, e) keep track of who has attended so we can give everyone who wants to a chance to attend over time. We will keep the data for 21 days and will then destroy it.
